After in-depth discussions and exchanges with the customer, to improve and optimize the plant planning and design scheme, and to make the project a benchmark project of large-scale embryo egg breeder breeding in China, the design team of Big Herdsman customized the embryo egg breeder farm solution for the customer. The first phase of the project is to build 10 5-column, 4-layer egg breeder farms, which maximizes the scale and intensification of breeding and helps the customer to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
The entire chicken house is equipped with Big Herdsman BH9200 environment control system, which monitors and collects real-time data such as temperature and humidity, water level and gas. Combined with remote monitoring and real-time alarm system, it forms the emergency plan of the chicken farm, effectively improves management efficiency, reduces environmental risks, and improves the egg production rate and the survival quality of the chickens.
For the convenience of artificial semen collection and insemination, it adopts a small cage design, with 4 chickens in a single cage, and the cage door has a raised wire limit, which can be opened and closed with one hand to improve the convenience of opening and closing the cage door. The distance between the top net and the fecal belt is enlarged to improve the ventilation and lighting effect.
